Santacruz west has evolved as 'Wedding Souk/ market area' (including shops on Juhu Road) with most above mentioned shops as well as other shops like Friendship, City Plaza, Seasons, Panihari, Roopkala etc for wedding garments as well as wedding gowns. TBZ for gold jewellery and lane opposite Friendship for Artificial jewellery, purses and other accessories and nearby area Linking road, Bandra (West) shoe shops near MacDonald/KFC, Elco market and other clothing shops on Hill road, Bandra (West)  will complete wedding shopping.

Next day trip to Crawford market for chocolates, dry fruits and other food items followed with visit to Badshah Cold drink for snacks and falooda for gaining energy to do more shopping in vicinity for purses, jewellery etc. For all packaging material gift bags, boxes etc trip to Sutar Chawl which is between Abdul Rehman street and Zaveri bazaar (behind Jama masjid for gold shopping), In Crawford market area Mangaldas market and Mohta market for clothing, and Manish market for electronics. (For electronics Lemington Road (Grant Road area has more choice)

Trip to Dadar West (opposite MacDonald to Plaza cinema and towards station road has many garment shops.  

Grant Road and Kalbadevi in South Mumbai are also shopping areas for dresses and accessories.
